Three-bean Medley

  • Serving Size: 8
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Kidney Beans, Drained, Rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), Drained, Rinsed
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Green Beans, Thawed
  • MIX mustard, vinegar and sugar in large bowl until sugar is dissolved.

    ADD beans; stir. Cover.

    REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.

    Substitute

    Substitute 1 can (15 oz.) black, pinto or great Northern beans, drained and rinsed, for the kidney or garbanzo beans.
