- 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 can (15 oz.) Kidney Beans, Drained, Rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), Drained, Rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Green Beans, Thawed
MIX mustard, vinegar and sugar in large bowl until sugar is dissolved.
ADD beans; stir. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.

Substitute 1 can (15 oz.) black, pinto or great Northern beans, drained and rinsed, for the kidney or garbanzo beans.
