Mango And Avocado Skewers

  • Serving Size: 8
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 medium Mangoes, Peeled, Pitted And Cut Into Chunks
  • 2 midium Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Cut Into Chunks
  • PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Beat dressing, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce and garlic powder in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add chicken broth, beating until well blended. Reserve half of the dressing mixture to serve as a dipping sauce.

    THREAD mangoes and avocado chunks evenly onto 8 wooden skewers. Brush with the remaining dressing mixture. GRILL 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with the reserved dipping sauce.

    Use Your Broiler

    Thread ingredients onto skewers as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Brush with the remaining dressing mixture. Broil 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with the reserved dipping sauce

    How to Prepare Wooden Skewers for Grilling

    Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill. Or, wrap ends of assembled skewers in foil before grilling.
