Chicken Piccata Sandwich

- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, Divided
- 1 tablespoon Drained Capers, Chopped
- 8 slices French Bread (1 Inch Thick), Toasted
- 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
MIX mayo, 2 tsp. of the lemon juice and the capers; spread onto toast slices.
COMBINE chicken and parsley in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with remaining 1 tsp. lemon juice.
SPOON over toast slices.
