Chicken Piccata Sandwich

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, Divided
  • 1 tablespoon Drained Capers, Chopped
  • 8 slices French Bread (1 Inch Thick), Toasted
  • 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • MIX mayo, 2 tsp. of the lemon juice and the capers; spread onto toast slices.

    COMBINE chicken and parsley in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with remaining 1 tsp. lemon juice.

    SPOON over toast slices.
